Open IBD Navigator and tap the "+" button on the main dashboard. You can quickly log symptoms like pain level, energy, mood, and bowel movements. The app will guide you through each step with intuitive sliders and buttons.
No account required! IBD Navigator stores all your data locally on your device. You can optionally enable iCloud sync to access your data across multiple Apple devices, but no third-party account is needed.
Go to Settings → HealthKit & Privacy, then tap "Connect to HealthKit." You can choose which data types to read from and write to Apple Health. This integration helps provide a more complete picture of your health.
Navigate to the Medications tab and tap "Add Medication." Enter your medication name, dosage, and frequency. You can set custom reminder times and the app will send push notifications when it's time to take your medication.
Yes! You can add unlimited medications with different schedules, dosages, and reminder times. Each medication can have its own unique settings and tracking history.

Go to Settings → Export Data. You can generate PDF reports or export raw data in CSV format. Choose your date range and data types, then share via email, AirDrop, or save to Files.

IBD Navigator requires iOS 17.0 or later. The app is optimized for iPhone with comprehensive health tracking and reporting features.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store. If problems continue, please contact our support team with details about your device and the issue.
Enable iCloud sync in Settings → iCloud & Backup for automatic backup. You can also manually export your data anytime. Your data is included in regular iOS device backups as well.
